Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a HAA Pilot on a full-time basis to operate in medical air transport with a 7/7 schedule. The role offers a $115,386-$126,925 salary range with a 30% geographic modifier, plus a $15,000 sign-on and a $5,000 IFR stipend. On-duty housing and retention bonuses are included.

The successful candidate will join a team of medical experts, ensuring safe transport of patients to various facilities while complying with FARs and Med-Trans requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities with a medical team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and comply with FARs and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
• 200 Helicopter Instrument Hours (Actual/Hood/SIM) 50 Hours Actual WX in Aircraft

Preferred Qualifications

• EC135 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
