Med-Trans is hiring a Helicopter Float Pilot to provide medical air transportation in the Denton, TX region. You will work with a team of medical professionals to ensure safe patient transport and keep aircraft readiness per FAR and Med-Trans guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• 2,000 total flight hours required.
• 1,500 helicopter hours required.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours required.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours required.
• 100 night hours unaided (or 50 unaided +100 aided) required.
• 75 helicopter instrument hours (50 in aircraft) required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with medical teams to transport patients safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information per Med-Trans protocol and keep change-board details.
