We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our nursing team as Med Technicians. In this role, you will make a difference in residents' lives by coordinating medication administration and assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration for assigned residents
• Support residents with daily care, including personal hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and respond as needed
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding urgent needs and concerns to the Healthcare Director
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

Requires applicable state certifications, if necessary. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
