Job summary

Oakmont Management Group operates The Ivy Cherry Hills, a premier senior living community. The Medication Technician role supports residents by administering medications and providing direct personal care under nursing standards and company policies.

There is a focus on teamwork, resident engagement, and collaboration with housekeepers, maintenance, and clinical staff to ensure quality care and safety across the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) is preferred.
• Must be able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to pass background check and health screenings per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
