Sunrise Senior Living in Livingston, NJ, seeks a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments safely and with dignity. You will document in MAR/TAR in real time, observe residents, and monitor symptoms per physician orders.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, Medication Administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong documentation and communication skills. Senior care experience is preferred. Pay range is posted along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
