Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Durham is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents and support overall daily living activities. You will maintain medication programs, coordinate with doctors and pharmacies, and help ensure residents receive compassionate, ethical care.

Qualifications include state-minimum requirements for experience or license and may require Certified Medication Aide, First Aid or CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and explore opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
