Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Shallotte, NC, is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and to help maintain resident medication programs and documentation. You will support residents with doctor appointments and daily living activities, while collaborating with coworkers to provide compassionate care.

The role requires a Certified Medication Aide, and may require First Aid/CPR per state regulations.

• Must have state requirements for experience, certification, and/or license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily medication administration for residents.
• Maintain medication programs and documentation; manage distribution, ordering, reception, filing, and storage.
• Support residents with doctor visits, pharmacy trips, and daily living activities.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and collaborate with team members to support residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications if required by state.
