Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and support residents in daily living activities. Join a team focused on ethical care and professional growth.

You will maintain medication programs, assist with appointments and coordination with pharmacies, and work with a caring team to enhance residents' well-being. State requirements may apply for CMA, First Aid, or CPR.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and First Aid and/or CPR certifications.
• Must meet state-specific requirements for experience, certification, and/or license.
• No additional experience required beyond state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation (distribution, ordering, reception, file management, storage).
• Assist with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities to enhance residents’ lives.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have CMA, First Aid and/or CPR certifications if required by state.
