Atria Senior Living - Hampstead is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents with daily medication administration and documentation. You will work under nursing supervision to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliant medication distribution.

The position emphasizes resident well-being, teamwork, and growth opportunities; state requirements and certifications such as CMA, First Aid, or CPR may be required. Atria offers benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for experience, certification, or license.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification, First Aid and/or CPR per state requirements.
• No additional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation.
• Assist with doctor appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have CMA, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
