Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Hampstead, NC is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents and uphold documentation and medication programs. The role supports residents’ daily living activities and requires cooperation with a compassionate team.

State-minimum certification/licensing is required; on-the-job training is provided. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, a retirement plan with employer matches, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.
• Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
