Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration according to prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Assist residents with ADLs and personal care while promoting independence.
• Monitor vital signs and document care accurately in records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Record care and rounds every two hours and respond to call lights promptly.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control guidelines, and safety procedures.
