Job summary

WELLQUEST MOUNTAIN WEST LLC seeks a Medication Technician to safely administer medications to residents as ordered by physicians and under supervision. You will maintain MAR records, coordinate with the pharmacy, and report changes in resident status per policy.

The role requires First Aid certification, CNA training is a plus, and adherence to state nursing standards and facility procedures. 18+ with clear background checks is required.

Qualifications

• Criminal background clearance is required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• CNA certification or equivalent training is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily medications as prescribed and documented.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and physician for orders and dosages.
