Qualifications

• Must have completed a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and monitors resident responses.
• Demonstrates professional interaction with residents and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Ensures safety and proper documentation of care.
• Participates in ongoing in-service and state-m mandated training.
• Ensures accurate documentation of changes in residents’ condition.
• Works as part of a team to deliver quality resident care.
