Job summary
Ashley Square is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration-related roles, with a focus on resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living Community. This is a Full-Time opportunity to work with a great team on 1st Shift!
The team utilizes Tapcheck for on-demand wage access, empowering employees with flexible pay options and a modern payroll experience.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
- Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff.
- Promotes and protects residents rights with dignity and respect.
- Attends in-service and education programs and maintains required CE.
- Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
- Documents information in a clear and descriptive manner.
- Reports changes in resident condition promptly to supervisor.
