Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Med Tech for part-time and per diem shifts in New Jersey. The role runs 4-hour shifts from 7am–11am and 5pm–9pm, with an hourly range of $23.00–$24.00.

Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration under RN delegation and maintaining resident care records per state regulations. Qualified candidates have NJ Medication Aid Certification and NJ CNA or HHA certification, plus at least six months of senior-care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have NJ Medication Aid Certification.
• Must have NJ CNA or NJ HHA Certification.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience with seniors in assisted living, home health, hospital, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents and families.
• Assist with medication administration as per care plan.
• Maintain medical records accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Support RN and supervise LPN as delegated.
• Complete required medication training modules and in-service trainings.
