This hourly, non-exempt role requires consistent weekend/holiday availability and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Medication administration and updates to resident care plans.
• Respect for HIPAA privacy and confidential information.
• Clear communication with residents, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with prescribed medication according to care plans.
• Complete required annual medication training and maintain records.
• Provide resident care to meet needs per care plan.
