Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living in Brick, NJ is seeking a part-time Medication Technician to provide patient-centered care and support for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and help update care plans.

Qualified candidates may be a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA). The role offers on-site teamwork, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in caregiving or medication assistance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor residents for changes and update the Resident Care Plan accordingly.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
