Job summary

Everbloom Memory Care is seeking a Med Tech/Caregiver for the night shift (10P-6A) to join our onsite team in Salem, Oregon. You will help residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure a warm, supportive environment where empathy and integrity are valued.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing and dressing, monitoring health changes, documenting observations, and communicating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

Your day to day as a Caregiver

As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. You will provide companionship, engage residents in meaningful activities, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Your role will involve observing and documenting any changes in residents' health or behavior, communicating effectively with the care team and families, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our residents.
