Job summary

Radiant Senior Living Inc. is seeking caring staff to assist residents at Sweetbriar Villa in Springfield, Oregon. You will support daily living activities, communicate with the care team, and help maintain resident records and medication administration in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good organizational abilities and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and document resident condition.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications per company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received, and administered.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the residents' needs are continually met.
• Assist residents with the administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations
• Maintain records (MARs/TARs) for each resident with regard to medicines ordered, received, and administered
