Job summary

Radiant Senior Living Inc. in Tacoma, WA seeks a Med Tech with CNA/HCA to join our care-centered team. You will assist residents with daily activities and medication administration per protocol, while maintaining records and communicating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/HCA certification.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and their families to assure that residents' needs are continually met.
• Assist residents with the administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations; maintain MARs/TARs records.
