Job summary

Farmington-Squar in Beaverton, OR is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will work closely with healthcare staff, maintain accurate records, and help ensure residents’ needs are consistently met in a warm, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and kind with a heart for working with senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relay information about residents’ condition; maintain records as required.
• Maintain communication with residents, families and support personnel to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications according to protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received and administered.
