Job summary

RSL Sequoia LLC in Olympia, WA is hiring a Med Tech. You will assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene, while coordinating with nursing staff to relay changes in condition.

You will support medication administration per company protocol and state rules, keeping accurate MAR/TAR records and communicating with residents and families. Training and career growth are available within a care-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification or current eligibility.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate resident condition and needs to other healthcare staff; maintain written records as required.
• Administer medications according to protocol and state regulations; maintain MARs/TARs and documentation.
