Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking caring staff to support residents' daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. You will coordinate with health-care teams to relay changes in residents’ conditions and keep accurate records.

The role emphasizes patience, organization, and a positive attitude while working with seniors in a care-centered environment. Training and ongoing education are provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with seniors.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relay information about resident conditions; maintain written records.
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents, families, and support personnel to meet needs.
• Assist residents with administration of medications per company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
