Allegro Living, LLC is hiring a Med Tech for Spring Arbor of Steele Creek in Charlotte, NC. The role covers medication administration support and daily resident care in a Memory Care setting, under supervision of the Resident Care Director.

Qualifications

• Must have Med Tech/CNA certification.
• Must have Med Tech/CNA experience.
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to resident care.
• Patient, understanding approach to Memory Care residents.
• Must be in good standing with state licensing or certifying agency if licensed/certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services including assistance with self-administration of medication.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in resident activities and lead activities as needed.
• Meet customer service standards with resident satisfaction as a priority.
