Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to join a Rio Terra community in Texas. You will administer medications under nurse supervision, monitor residents' vital signs, and assist with daily living activities while ensuring residents' dignity and independence. CMA certification is optional as training and delegation are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of work experience passing meds in a retirement community setting is preferred.
• CMA certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record administration of medications as prescribed by a resident's physician under supervision of a nurse.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Manage supply of medications and provide care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and cleanup.
