Position Requirements

• Current Med Tech Certification to administer medications in a Pennsylvania Personal Care Home is required.
• High School Diploma and CPR certification
• Previous experience in personal care or assisted living preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person with a compassionate heart and strong work ethic!

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care to residents according to their individualized care plans (RASP).
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meals, ambulation, and more—with patience and respect.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per physician’s orders.
• Help foster a warm, engaging, and clean environment for our residents.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions promptly to nursing leadership.
• Support dining service, activities, and resident engagement as needed.
• Follow all Fairmount policies, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.
• Serve as a positive ambassador of Fairmount’s mission and values in all you do.
