• Support resident safety and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Transport residents to activities, chapel services, or appointments within the community.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help ensure each resident feels respected, cared for, and valued.

• Week 1: Monday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Week 2: Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday): 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will support residents and assist the nursing team with daily care and activities.

Responsibilities include:
