The Pearl at Dallas is seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to join our care team in Coppell, TX. The role includes medication administration, resident assessments, and supporting wellness initiatives under supervision of our Wellness Director.

Qualified candidates are certified as Medication Aides with at least one year of elder or disabled care experience and demonstrated leadership. Weekend/evening flexibility is required to meet peak service needs.

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.

Mansioni

• Mon- Fri; Every other weekend coverage.
• Monitor health and well being of residents and provide leadership support with resident care and services.
• Medication care assistance/administration and documentation for residents.
• Communicate with resident support services and families about care changes and wellness.
• Assist Wellness Nurse with monthly wellness visits and PSP documentation.
• Inform Wellness Director/Executive Director of changes in medication or service levels.
