Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician / Med Tech to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Pinehurst, NC. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with nursing staff to uphold dignity and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold current Medication Technician certification, prior senior living experience, and excellent communication. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation.
• Support implementation of individualized resident care plans.
