Charter Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Day Shift Medication Technician / Caregiver with assisted living or memory care experience. The role supports residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and coordination with nursing staff to maintain dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and company policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation.
• Support implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with medication management and safety procedures.
• Support a positive, team-oriented care environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
