The role includes direct personal care, encouraging activity participation, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold our standards.

Requirements include preferred RCFE medication experience, ability to pass background checks, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN preferred.
• 1 year experience with medications in RCFE or similar setting is suggested.
• Must be able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be able to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Senior care experience and compassionate attitude toward elderly residents valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate and confidential resident medication records.
• Support a safe environment and teamwork across departments.
