Qualifications include 1 year RCFE medication experience, HS diploma (LVN a plus), and MS Office proficiency. Willingness to pass background checks and health screenings is required.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of experience assisting with medication in RCFE.
• Completion of state-required training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency requested.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment and encourage teamwork.
