Qualifications

• Experience in assisting residents with daily activities
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families
• Strong observation and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene
• Communicate with healthcare staff; relay information on residents’ condition
• Maintain records and documentation as required (MARs/TARs)
• Support residents with medication administration according to protocol
• Engage residents to promote wellbeing and social interaction
