Job summary

Spring Mill Senior Living in Phoenixville, PA is hiring a Care Giver/Medication Technician to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, administer medications, and support daily living activities in a home-like setting.

This role offers full-time and part-time options, a 3pm–11pm schedule, competitive wages of $20–$23/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provide updated Med Certification paperwork per PA regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and safety.
• Administer and observe medications, document accurately, report concerns, and handle refusals or missed doses.
• Monitor resident conditions and changes in behavior, appetite, skin and participation in activities.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities for well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in rooms, common areas, and medication spaces.
• Respond to call bells and security systems promptly.
• Communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff about needs and condition changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
