Reflections at Port Orange is seeking a dedicated Medication Associate - Assisted Living to support medication preparation and administration for residents. You will work with the healthcare team to ensure timely delivery of medications and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, inventory management, and participation in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare and administer medications.

About the Role:

As a Medication Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting with the preparation and administration of medications to our residents in our assisted living community. You'll work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that residents receive their medications in a timely and efficient manner, while also maintaining a clean and organized environment.
