Reflections at Port Orange is seeking a dedicated Medication Associate - Assisted Living to support medication preparation and administration for residents. You will work with the healthcare team to ensure timely delivery of medications and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, inventory management, and participation in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare and administer medications.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and allergy/adverse reaction notes.
• Manage medication inventories and supplies.
• Provide courteous service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Support process improvements in medication handling and resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and administration of medications to residents, including reading labels and counting/measuring medications.
• Maintain up-to-date records of medication administration, including changes and adverse reactions.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications and supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance medication administration processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, fostering a positive environment.
