Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Med Tech in Howell, NJ to provide medication administration and resident care under RN/LPN supervision. This full-time role supports residents' care plans with compassion and attention to HIPAA standards.

The position requires active CNA or HHA NJ license and completion of Medication Technician training. Weekend and holiday availability is needed, with a structured benefits package offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Medication Technician training and competency testing.
• Ability to perform medication administration in accordance with State Regulations.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and active CNA and/or HHA NJ license.
• Strong communication skills and HIPAA knowledge.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Complete required annual medication training.
• Provide resident care according to the care plan.
• Maintain medical records with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in service delivery.
