Monarch Communities is seeking a Med Tech at Brandywine the Howell in Howell, NJ to administer medications and support residents under RN/LPN supervision. The role is full-time, with options for part-time and per diem, requiring active CNA/HHA NJ licensure and prior senior care experience.

The position emphasizes accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate care, with weekend/holiday availability and a competitive hourly rate of $23–$26.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA and/or HHA NJ license.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience with seniors in Personal Care, Home Health, Hospital, or Long-Term Care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adhere to HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with medication administration per care plan and physician orders.
• Complete required annual medication training.
• Provide resident care according to the care plan and maintain medical records with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain residents' privacy, dignity, and comfort during service delivery.
