Charter Senior Living of Fox Hollow is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician / Med Tech with assisted living or memory care experience to join our care team. This role supports residents with medications, daily living activities, and care plans, delivering dignity and independence.

You'll work closely with nursing and caregiving teams in a friendly, resident-centered environment, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within Charter Senior Living.

Competenze

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations
• Past experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude

Mansioni

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation
• Support implementation of individualized resident care plans
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with medication management and safety procedures
