Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role focuses on medication administration, daily living activities, and engagement to preserve dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate has state certification and prior senior living experience, with a patient-centered approach and excellent teamwork. We offer training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation
• Support implementation of individualized resident care plans
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with medication management and safety procedures
• Support a positive, team-oriented care environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
