Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Med Tech in Bluffton, SC to support SRIM residents by promoting safety, dignity and quality care. You will assist with medications, daily living activities, dining, and activities while maintaining HIPAA compliance and compassionate communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities include recording assessments, assisting in meal service, housekeeping tasks, and reporting changes to supervisors. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Promotes core values and treats residents, families and staff with respect.
• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping and laundry while encouraging independence.
• Interacts with residents at all care levels with empathy and respect.
• Reports changes in residents' health and emotional well-being to supervisor.
• Assists in dining room during meals and participates in activity calendar.
