Job summary

SRIM is seeking a Med-Tech to enhance the SRIM experience for residents and families. You will supervise self-administration of medication, assist with ADLs, meal service, and light housekeeping while promoting resident independence.

You will communicate with residents at all care levels, observe health changes, assist in dining, and participate in activities. HIPAA compliant and team-focused, you’ll support a dignified, caring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification required.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
