Qualifications

• Medication Tech training/qualifications appropriate for the role.

• Dependability, teamwork, and willingness to help.
• Ability to meet background screening and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications according to resident orders, training, and policies.
• Maintain accurate medication records and report discrepancies or concerns.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and communicate with the supervisor.
• Help residents with personal care and daily routines while protecting dignity.
• Follow medication storage, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Work closely with caregivers and leadership to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
