Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Med Tech certification and preferred long-term care experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Medication Management & Documentation.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in the MAR.
• Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed.
• Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room.
• Resident care & support: assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Provide first aid and wound care and coordinate care with outside providers.
