Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Med Tech (CNA/M) to work in a Skilled Nursing setting at 50 New Portland Road, Gorham, ME. You will take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and help with resident care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, reporting changes, and supporting nursing staff to deliver compassionate, respectful care while maintaining residents' dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years clinical/nursing experience preferred.
• CNA licensure may be required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight, and intake/output.
• Report abnormal changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and daily living tasks.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents safely.
• Provide skin care and participate in care planning.
• Deliver restorative nursing services as directed.
• Support resident independence and dignity while protecting confidentiality.
