Job summary

The Phoenix at James Creek in Cumming, GA is seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to monitor residents' health and support wellness programs. Responsibilities include medication administration, documenting care, and communicating with families and staff.

The ideal candidate is a certified Medication Aide with at least one year of experience with elders, can lead care delivery, and is available to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in our assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Medication Aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a care setting.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents' ongoing needs and services through assessment/PSP process.
• Ensure documentation for changes in clinical care needs.
• Assist Wellness Nurse with monthly wellness visits and PSP updates.
• Inform Wellness/Executive Directors of changes in meds or services.
• Assist with weights and vital signs and general resident care as needed.
