Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Medication Technicians / Certified Medication Aides (Med Techs / CMAs) to safely administer medications and support resident care in our senior living community. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and take ownership of resident safety, we’d love to meet you.

Join our team to administer medications in accordance with physician orders, follow Six Rights, monitor residents, and maintain accurate records in a supportive, compliant environment.

Formación

• Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy
• Follow the “Six Rights” of medication administration and proper documentation standards
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
• Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership
• Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
