Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Medication Technicians / Certified Medication Aides (Med Techs / CMAs) to safely administer medications and support resident care in our senior living community. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and take ownership of resident safety, we’d love to meet you.

We offer double time pay on major holidays, free employee meals, and a referral bonus. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability, and EAP.

Formación

• Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications following physician orders, state rules, and community policy.
• Follow the Six Rights of medication administration and proper documentation.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects.
• Report changes in condition to nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts.
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do
