Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality resident care and assist with medication administration under RN/LPN supervision. This hourly role offers weekend and evening shifts with a rate of $23 per hour.

You will complete medication training, maintain accurate records, and uphold HIPAA and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, respectful care to residents.

Qualifications

• Medication Technician training completed and competency testing.
• Ability to perform medication administration in accordance with State Regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Observes & reports changes in residents' condition to Supervisor.
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with medication administration and maintain related medical records under RN/LPN supervision.
• Complete required annual medication training.
• Provide resident care to ensure needs are met according to the care plan.
• Maintain medical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity in service delivery.
