Gaslight Village Assisted Living and Memory Care seeks caring staff to provide comfort, safety and supervision to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications per physician orders, and document care using eMAR while staying attuned to each resident's needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and reliable execution of care plans. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire, and proficiency with basic computer

Formación

• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Support residents with activities of daily living as outlined in service plans.
• Answer call lights, door and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Keep resident rooms and common spaces clean and disinfected according to schedule.
